Soumya Banerjee obtained his Bachelor in Engineering (B.E.(Hons.)) degree in Computer Science from NIT Nagpur, India (Maharastra) in 1995 and completed his Ph.d from BIT Mesra, India.. He was associated as senior programmer capacity in ISRO and served as project leader (technical) in Cognizant Technology Solution, ICICI InfoTech both in India, south East Asia and Europe for more than decade. He has more than 130 international journal publications including 32 book chapters and 55 International top level conference proceedings published from Elsevier Science, IEEE Transactions, ACM, Springer–Verlag Germany, CRC Press, and Idea Publication USA to his credit covering bio inspired intelligence, soft computing and optimization, hybrid intelligence, social networking applications and social media, Wiki analysis, machine learning with complex system and evolutionary computing. He was associated with Yahoo Research. He served Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India as Senior Associate Professor & In-charge, Dept. of Computer Sc. (2005-2018) at various campuses. Dr. Banerjee (Senior Member IEEE) had been invited as Research professor at CNRS INSA-De Lyon, Lyon (2016), France, TU Ostrava (2015), Cz, Republic, CNAM Paris(2017& 2019), INRIA-EVA (2017 & 2019). Abstract
The omnipresence of digital social media has made us more conscious, influenced and egoistic and thus we expect typical digital stress on both our minds and our regular trends. It is worthy to deploy the term psychological and social isolation, which seldom put a lash on our wisdom, society and well beings.
Therefore, effective psycholoanalytics from digital social media could be possible measure. However, conventional analytics and data science concerned with mind may envisage the simple entropy of mind. Although, the harnessing of machine learning and other hybrid algorithms can lead significant predicting trend of mind behavior.
The important multifarious and combined data sources improvise the usage of IoT sensors devices in such a way so that cognitive IoT devices can accomplish cognitive tasks. This will also usher more cognitive IoT incorporation and effective psycholoanalytics with visual impact can be yielded.
This talk will describe an innovative use case and possible implementation through hybrid machine learning metaphors to extract and analyze hidden information from human behavior across digital social Media ( e.g. combinations of different algorithms like fuzzy-Support vector, deep learning and predictive analytics). The expected output of such proposal could enrich the betterment of human relationship in social media ( necessity of conversation filters etc) and subsequently decision making traits can be suitably analyzed towards for psychologically tailored advertising for different brands of consumer markets.
